Meet
A US-born Saudi with a Business Administration degree, Captain Tamador began her diving journey in 2010. At a time when diving was uncommon for women, she fell in love with the ocean and became a PADI Open Water Scuba Diver. By 2011, she turned her passion into a career, earning her PADI Instructor certification and teaching at KAUST for over 9 years. In 2020, she became the first Arab woman to achieve the PADI Course Director certification—the highest and most respected professional rating in recreational scuba diving. Known as the ‘dolphin whisperer,’ Captain Tamador is passionate about empowering women and preserving the Red Sea.
